Frequently Asked Questions

Bazi, or the Four Pillars of Destiny, is a traditional Chinese system that uses birth date and time to explore natural tendencies, strengths, challenges, and changing life themes.

We calculate your Four Pillars, Five Elements, Day Master, Ten Gods, and luck cycles first. AI then turns those program-calculated facts into a personalized English or Simplified Chinese report, followed by automated language, completeness, fact, and formatting checks.

Your birth date, birth time if known, and birth city. If the time is unknown, the Hour Pillar stays unknown rather than being replaced with noon.

Reports are usually emailed within 24 hours and often arrive much sooner. Gumroad sends the payment receipt; Bazi Bliss sends the completed PDF separately.

No. It describes symbolic tendencies and timing themes, not guaranteed outcomes. Your choices, circumstances, and professional advice remain more important than any reading.

Yes. The report language is selected on the order form and does not have to match the website display language.

Refund requests follow the payment provider's policy. If a report is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or does not match your order, contact support@bazibliss.com.

We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Necessary details are processed by the payment, AI-generation, hosting, and email providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion by email.
