1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide your reading: your name or nickname, email address, birth date, birth time, birth city, selected report language, and—when ordering a relationship report—the same details for the second person. The mobile app may also store a push-notification token if you opt in. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
2. How We Use Your Data
Birth information is used to calculate Bazi charts and generate the reports you request. Email addresses are used for payment matching, report delivery, and support. Mobile identifiers and push tokens are used only for app features you enable.
3. AI Processing
The name or nickname and birth information you submit, together with calculated chart data, may be sent to DeepSeek's API solely to generate your requested report. Payment-card details are never sent to the AI provider. AI output is automatically checked for language, completeness, chart consistency, and formatting before delivery.
4. Storage and Security
Order and report data is stored on our service infrastructure, including Vercel and Upstash Redis. Connections use HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit data access to providing and supporting the service.
5. Third-Party Services
Gumroad processes website payments; Apple and RevenueCat may process mobile purchases; DeepSeek generates requested report text; Resend delivers report emails; Vercel and Upstash provide hosting and data infrastructure. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
6. Retention and Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. We retain order records only as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. Contact privacy@bazibliss.com to make a request.
7. Children's Privacy
Bazi Bliss is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
